Whole issue of an African American periodical containing articles, poetry, columns, editorials, and advertisements. The feature article in this issue is “Tuskegee’s Twenty-Fifth Anniversary.” A photograph opposite the first page of text shows Booker T. Washington flanked on the left by William H. Taft, who was, at the time, Secretary of War, and on the right by Andrew Carnegie.
