School catalogue with a list of current students and recent graduates. The school consisted of four departments: collegiate, normal (i.e., teacher), preparatory, and primary, which served as a demonstration school. The pamphlet contains six photographs, including a panorama of the campus. Today, St. Augustine’s College is an institution of approximately 1600 students and boasts of its reputation as a small, liberal arts college. It was founded to educate freed slaves in 1867.
