Whole issue of a monthly magazine for African Americans. This issue contains an early article on developmental psychology, which, at the time, was considered to be a division of “genetic psychology.” The author of the article is an African American, Josephine Silone Yates at the Lincoln Institute. She is also the President of the National Association of Colored Women.
