Discussion of political differences between the Republican and Democratic Parties, none of which can alter the fact that African Americans are inherently inferior to European Americans. “It is no reproach to the negro that he is but an inferior exponent of Caucasian civilization and ideals, for they are foreign to him. Even when freed from white domination and left to develop his own ideals, it is impossible to arrive at any other conclusion but that in the qualities requisite to create and perpetuate civilization the African is decidedly inferior to the white race.”
