Clipping from an unidentified newspaper containing the proceedings of an anti-slavery rally and the transcript of a speech delivered at the rally before the Emancipation Society in London. The clipping is pasted on pages in a small booklet containing the bylaws of the Massachusetts Rifle Club. The booklet offered a convenient way to bind a lengthy clipping.
