Anti-slavery speech at the organizational meeting of the Republican Party in Massachusetts. The last three pages of the pamphlet are used for advertisements for products such as the “Syrup of Ginseng & Malva” and “Dr. Eastman’s Headache Remedy.” An advertisement for Dr. Cummings’s Dental Establishment provides details concerning the practice of dentistry in the 1850s.
