Speeches at a mass meeting of citizens “affirming their allegiance to the Constitution and laws of our country!” The monograph also contains about a dozen letters from prominent citizens who could not attend the meeting. An un-alphabetized list of names of persons who signed a petition calling for the meeting is appended.
