Another table gives enrollment figures for seven chartered institutions (Hampton, Berea, Fisk, Atlanta, Talladega, Tougaloo, and Straight) and seventeen “other institutions” (e.g., Union Academy in Columbus, Mississippi). A final table enumerates pupils in terms of their course of study (e.g., theological, collegiate, normal, etc.).
