Whole issue of a periodical containing articles related to the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Mr. Stone has marked an article entitled “The Negro as an Inventor” by R. R. Wright. The following sentence has been noted with particular emphasis. “All the discussion and legislation in the world cannot make the Negro equal to the white man, unless, perchance, the Negro possess those innate capabilities, possessing which no nation or race can be kept subordinate, finally.”
