Report of the Attorney General on the activities of the Ku Klux Klan in the Southern States with a cover letter from President Ulysses S. Grant. The names of 152 Mississippians indicted for violations of the Enforcement Act appear on pages 31-34. Approximately 520 names appear in another list of persons indicted, 200 of persons arrested and bound over, 28 of persons who have pleaded guilty, and 14 persons who confessed and became State’s evidence, all from Mississippi.
