Correlation of racial characteristics with latitude. For example, New Zealand is “the most English place out of England” because both countries are approximately the same distance from the equator. The author predicts deleterious results for any race that attempts to colonize parts of the world that fall outside the race’s preferred climatic zone. “Lastly, if anyone should deny that the white man has his climatic limits let me point to the fate of the Roman civilization in North Africa.”
