19. A. Mazyck, Report of Special Committee on so much of Gov. Adams’ Message as relates to the Slave Trade (N.p., [1850?]). (16 p.)

Report prepared for the South Carolina legislature calling for resumption the slave trade. Among six resolutions appearing at the end of the report is one that declares the Congressional act prohibiting the slave trade to be “unconstitutional, null and void.”
