Biography/History:

The scrapbook was kept by the Shuk-ho-ta Tom-a-ha Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Columbus, Mississippi. It appears to have been created for entry in a World War I scrapbook contest.

Scope and Content:

The volume contains clippings and photographs that document the involvement of Lowndes County in World War I. An alphabetical list of Lowndes County men who served in the war is included, but there is no index.
