According to these records, "at the request of a number of Baptist church members living in and near the village Arm, two regular ordained Baptist ministers…met the people in the village school building" on March 31, 1907, to organize a "Baptist church of Christ." Arm Baptist Church is in Lawrence County, and is a member of the Lawrence County Baptist Association. Volumes one, two and three contain membership lists as well as church minutes.
