Microfilm of the records of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church of Bogue Chitto, which was originally organized in Lawrence County, Mississippi, in 1856. The ten volumes on microfilm are dated from the organization of the church in 1856 through October 1977. The volumes contain membership lists and minutes of the monthly meetings, as well as occasional notes, budgets, and accounts, and miscellaneous items of scattered dates. The rules of decorum, church covenant, and declaration of faith are also included.
