Mr. Smith is a former United States Representative from Mississippi, and is presently a director of the Tennessee Valley Authority. Mrs. Warren was Executive Assistant to Mr. Smith while he was in the Congress, and has served as editorial assistant on the books which he has published since leaving the Congress.
