This scrapbook was compiled by Herbert C. Murdaugh, Jackson, and was microfilmed through his generosity. Much of the material on the history of Marshall County was written by Richey B. Henderson of Holly Springs and was published in The South Reporter, Holly Springs, in 1965 and 1966.
