Copy of Reminiscences of Civil War experiences of Lieutenant William Buchanan, a native of Laurinburg, North Carolina. He was a member of Company F, 18th Regiment of North Carolina Troops along with his three brothers. After graduation from the University of North Carolina, he moved to Brandon, Rankin County. He married Margaret Gunn and lived there until his death in 1912.
