A history, in mimeographed form, of Company H, First Arkansas Mounted Rifles, written by Robert H. Dacus, a member of the company. The company was reorganized into a brigade at Corinth in May 1862, and saw action in Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Virginia. Chapter II has references to Jackson, Vicksburg, and Meridian. The roll of the company is given from page 43 through page 61 with explanations, comments and anecdotes.
