This collection consists of twenty-five guest registers and four accounting ledgers of Allison's Wells, a resort hotel located at Way, Madison County, Mississippi, which cover the period from 1901 to 1961. The hotel was destroyed by fire in January of 1963, and it was not rebuilt. The property had been owned by four generations of the Fontaine, Latimer, Wherry families.
