Account book of Seth Tobey, captain of the ships President and Juno. The President's voyage was from Philadelphia to Liverpool, Cadiz, Malta, Lisbon and New York; the Juno went from New Bedford to Savannah, Algeria, Liverpool, Amsterdam and New York. The accounts show receipts for cargo and disbursements to the crews, etc.

Included in the volume are two letters from Samuel C. Wooldridge, state treasurer, 1821–1828, to Edward Turner, Natchez, dated February 11, and February 26, 1825; and a promissory note from Mrs. Wesley Trahun to Wooldridge, dated September 9, 1825.
