Diary (typewritten copy, 77 pp.) of Margaret Wilson, of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, who was a governess on Selma Plantation, Washington, from 1834 to 1848, and who later ran an academy in Washington. The entry of December 11, 1835, states that she left Pittsburgh on December 11, 1834. The entry of December 8, 1836, is headed "Belfield, Mississippi."
