Hamilton, Aberdeen, who served as a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives from Monroe County from 1940 to 1944, was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives in 1938 and 1944, and was a candidate for lieutenant governor in 1943 and 1947. The collection includes lists of voters of Amory, and of Alcorn, Clay, Itawamba, Lee, Lowndes, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Prentiss, and Tishomingo counties.
