Correspondence, memoranda, and copies of French documents accumulated by Albert G. Sanders, Jackson, while doing the translation of documents published in Dunbar Rowland and Albert G. Sanders (eds.), Mississippi Provincial Archives: French Dominion, 1701–1743 (Jackson, 1927–1932, 3 vols.). Most of the correspondence is with Abel Doysie and Mrs. L. DeSorments, Paris, France, and pertains to translations and copying of documents. Two letters (February 17, 1930, and January 2, 1932) are from John R. Swanton, Washington, D.C., and two (July 3 and 12, 1928) are from John R. Fordyce, Hot Springs, Ark. The volumes are as follows:
